The idea was put forward to create groups of pairs on the HR/MI side and to carry out regular CODEVs. Eleven sessions were held between January and June 2024. As a reminder, CODEV is a collective intelligence process that is fast (1 hour) and effective. At each session, the problem of one of the members of the group is dealt with in a framework of confidentiality. Below is an illustration of the subjects covered:

The CINDEX meetings took place on 13 May 2024 at the Palais de la porte dorée, musée de l’histoire de l’immigration. The theme chosen was: Faced with an uncertain world, how can we take a step back? How can we find sources of inspiration? And support each other by strengthening our network. It was an opportunity for 112 participants (2/3 members, 1/3 partners/suppliers) to exchange ideas with each other and with the keynote speakers.
