The idea was put forward to create groups of pairs on the HR/MI side and to carry out regular CODEVs. Eleven sessions were held between January and June 2024.

As a reminder, CODEV is a collective intelligence process that is fast (1 hour) and effective. At each session, the problem of one of the members of the group is dealt with in a framework of confidentiality.
