🌟 In CINDEX we are strong believer in the power of collective intelligence — and what better way to harness it than through Co-development, a practice we are truly passionate about!
After a successful pilot in 2024, we’ve launched four peer groups that now meet monthly:
 🔹 One group brings together Security professionals
 🔹 Another is dedicated to HR experts
 🔹 And two groups are mixed, fostering cross-functional exchange
We’ve been thrilled by the enthusiasm of our members — 80 people are now actively experimenting with this collaborative approach.

✨ A special highlight: we’ve also trained a group of facilitators who, after a tailored training program, are now beginning to lead sessions on their own🙏

💡With the collective intelligence harnessed in this co-development process, we are in the process of building a tool with a small search engine to retrieve these experience-based insights by theme.
